Sam Sparacio
Sam Sparacio is an internationally recognized DJ, producer, curator, and entrepreneur whose career spans more than three decades across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East.
Born in Hanau, Germany, and of Italian heritage, Sam began his musical journey in the early 1990s in Palermo, Sicily, where he quickly established himself as one of the leading figures of the renowned “House Scene Made in Sicily.” His talent, dedication, and passion for electronic music soon earned him residencies and guest appearances at some of Italy’s most respected clubs and events.
In 2009, Sam relocated to Milan, where he co-founded the influential Academy Club, became a resident DJ at the celebrated Unconventional Party, and took on the role of Label Manager for Gasoline Records. During this period, he expanded his presence across Europe, performing at major venues and festivals while representing Gasoline Records at showcases in Berlin, London, Madrid, Barcelona during SONAR, and Amsterdam during ADE.
A major turning point came in 2014, when Sam moved to Ibiza, the global capital of electronic music. Through Gasoline Records, he curated numerous events, residencies, and boat parties, becoming an active contributor to the island’s vibrant music culture. In 2016, he co-founded Only Ibiza, a successful party brand that hosted events at legendary venues including Sankeys Ibiza, Eden Ibiza, and Pacha Ibiza.
Between 2018 and 2020, Sam’s career reached new international heights. Dividing his time between Ibiza and extensive touring, he performed throughout France, Spain, Germany, England, the Netherlands, Poland, Estonia, Croatia, Morocco, Tunisia, Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey, Israel, and many other destinations, establishing himself as a truly global artist.
His influence also extended throughout Asia, where he held a residency at Café Del Mar Phuket and toured extensively across Thailand, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Sri Lanka. During this period, he further strengthened his industry profile by serving as Manager of Ibiza Live Radio and becoming an official partner of All About Ibiza TV.
From 2020 to 2023, Sam was based in Tulum, Mexico, where he became a resident artist at the renowned Mía Beach Club, hosted his own show on Downtown Tulum Radio, and co-founded the event brands Ascend by Shakti and Artistika Tulum alongside his partner Anvetta.
This chapter also marked his successful debut in the United States, with performances at iconic venues in Miami, Austin, and New York for the respected Deep Root Tribe collective, followed by extensive tours across Mexico, Peru, and Costa Rica.
Throughout his remarkable journey, Sam has shared stages with some of the most influential names in electronic music, including Black Coffee, Sven Väth, Luciano, WhoMadeWho, Monolink, Hernán Cattáneo, Nick Warren, Keinemusik, D-Nox, and Paul van Dyk, among many others.
As a producer, Sam has released music on respected international labels such as Café De Anatolia, Beat Boutique Records, Blufin, M-Sol Records, Monkey League, Gasoline Records, Black Kat Records, Natural Rhythm, and several other influential imprints. His productions have achieved significant success on Beatport, reaching the Top 2, Top 5, and Top 10 positions within the Progressive House, Melodic Techno, and Organic House charts.
Together with Anvetta, Sam has transformed Artistika Tulum into a globally recognized brand, touring across more than 26 countries and four continents in recent years. Their successful collaboration produced the track “Quiero Divertirme,” which surpassed 100,000 Spotify streams and reached the Top 10 on Beatport, further solidifying their growing international presence.
Since the summer of 2024, Sam has served as Music Curator of Coral Beach Club Dubrovnik, Croatia, where he also hosts the weekly Artistika Tulum event series, continuing to bridge underground culture with premium lifestyle experiences.
